Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the cost of the session as follows:
- If a session costs $125 and you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $62.50 deducted from your prepayment.
- If a session costs $200 and you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 deducted from your prepayment.
- If a session costs $300 and you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $150 deducted from your prepayment.
- If you miss your appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee, which will be deducted from your prepayment.
Rescheduling Services
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that you may need to reschedule your appointment from time to time. We are happy to work with you to find a new time that works for both you and your practitioner. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. However, please note that rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for missed or cancelled appointments without prior notification. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Refunds for canceled appointments will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of the cancellation. Please note that any refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
